Expert Evidence Land and Environment Court

Warringah Council assed an application to amalgamate existing lots and then further subdivide them. The land was in an extreme bushfire risk area and did not meet the planning or bushfire requirements. Blackash™ worked with Council and other experts to provide expert advice to the Land and Environment Court. A number of issues were negotiated and worked through to the satisfaction of all parties including the Commissioner.
